Female artists were big contributors to the surrealist movement. An exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany, displays 34 artists, many of them had been overlooked. It’s crazy that a lot of these women weren’t given credit for their work and their influence in surrealism. It’s nice to see that they are finally giving these women the credit and recognition they deserve.
